A deviation from our popular Montego plan, this features a first floor Primary Suite and open great room & kitchen perfect for entertaining. The primary bathroom & closet are larger on this plan than the Montego and you enjoy a large walk in Pantry. The second floor houses all 3 additional bedrooms, laundry and a guest bathroom.
